Integral Emotional Therapy is a personalized 1:1 process that supports you in understanding your emotional patterns, creating inner stability, and moving through life with more clarity, presence and self-trust.
I work in a simple, honest and individualized way.
There are no rigid formulas or fixed paths — each process unfolds according to who you are, what you’re experiencing, and what you genuinely need.
Integrative Hypnotherapy (1:1)
Integrative Hypnotherapy is a deeper form of subconscious work designed to access emotional patterns, internal associations and unconscious material that often remain outside of conscious awareness.
Many people already understand themselves intellectually, yet still find themselves repeating the same emotions, reactions or relational dynamics. This work allows access to the deeper layers where those patterns continue operating beneath the surface.
Because of the depth of this process, Integrative Hypnotherapy is not offered as an entry-point session.
NOTE: All work begins through Integral Emotional Therapy, where the therapeutic process, preparation and readiness for deeper subconscious work are carefully assessed over time.
How I work
Each session is a safe, grounded space where we explore what is happening beneath the surface.
Depending on your needs, our work may include:
- Emotional awareness and regulation
- Nervous system support
- Subconscious reprogramming
- Inner child and identity work
- Biodecoding and emotional integration
- Conscious reflection and grounding practices
